I'm a Digital Transformation Leader and Project Delivery Specialist by day, a Lifestyle Entrepreneur at other times, and a Volunteer Facilitator during the weekends. I love everything: products, technology, business, growth, lifestyle, design and ideas.Beyond the roles, I’m someone who believes in building with purpose, leading with empathy, and leaving people better than I found them.I have gained a wealth of knowledge from my professional experience across sectors, and I have created excellent resources for professionals just starting or transitioning in their careers or businesses. It’s almost free, and it’s my way of supporting others on their journey.

In 2022, my love of fragrances and perfumes inspired me to launch my own line of therapeutic home fragrances. That idea is expanding into a whole lifestyle brand: beauty, skincare, home, and fashion, starting with skincare, which will launch soon at Juliet & Jeanne. SHE LAUNCHED IT
I'm currently building She Launched IT with a great team to amplify stories of female entrepreneurs and career professionals doing amazing things in Africa with the end goal to invest in female-led SMEs by 2035.The vision is to provide support grants for female entrepreneurs with outstanding business ideas across Africa and provide easier access to technology careers through tailored education for young girls across Africa.

Volunteer Leadership & Community Impact
I don’t just work; I serve with intention. I believe authentic leadership shows up in community. Beyond my 9 to 5, I pour time and heart into causes I care about, from supporting inclusive, gender-responsive trade to mentoring future leaders and helping Black professionals thrive across the UK. Here's a glimpse into the work I do when no one’s watching (and when everyone should be).Volunteering with UN Women UK has allowed me to contribute on a global scale. As an Engagement and Communications Volunteer on the Gender Responsive Trade and Procurement Project, I collaborated with stakeholders to drive the conversations that support policy efforts to promote inclusive trade practices that don’t leave women behind.
Black Professionals UK & Young Black Future Programme
As an ambassador for Black Professionals UK, I’ve had the honour of representing the network at career conferences, industry panels, and events across Scotland. My focus? Supporting a platform where UK-based Black professionals are seen, celebrated and equipped with skills and information to be the best they can be within their chosen careers.The future of work belongs to the prepared. With Young Black Future, I help equip young black people with the soft skills they need to thrive in the future of work. Think communication, critical thinking, and collaboration; I’ve supported 25+ participants to speak publicly, build overall confidence, develop leadership skills, tell their own stories, share their ideas, make informed career decisions, and access mentors.
Change Delivery AI Champion
In this role, I have the unique opportunity to shape the digital transformation journey, especially how AI is used across teams and functions in public service. My focus is to help identify how AI tools can boost productivity and improve quality for more efficient public service delivery.I am part of a group of proactive professionals currently researching and identifying productivity use cases, exploring how AI could benefit my profession, uncovering inefficiencies in current workflows and Identifying high-value opportunities for AI integration. The goal is to propose and help design ways to support the broader adoption of effective AI use cases, building momentum, shared value and contributing to public service innovation.
